Digital Workflow Automation

Developed a digital solution to automate the storage, organization, and retrieval of loss elimination activity records, using PowerApps for the user interface and SharePoint for secure file management. 

By replacing manual processes with automated workflows, the system reduced record handling time from 38 seconds to 20 seconds, improving storage and search efficiency by 47%. 

Initially deployed at the Iowa City plant, the solution is designed for scalable expansion across North America and globally, enabling faster, more consistent access to critical data while minimizing manual effort.
